
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in site execution, project coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be willing to work at various project locations across India and possess strong technical knowledge in civil construction and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
3 to 4 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and methods.
Familiar with site documentation, project scheduling, and basic billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and civil engineering software tools.
Willingness to relocate and work at any site location across India.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of government standards, codes, and safety practices.
Supervise day-to-day activities at construction sites and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site execution.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure quality control and safety measures are followed on-site.
Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and material reconciliation.
Interpret technical drawings and resolve site-level execution challenges.
Liaise with project managers and senior engineers to ensure timely completion.
Conduct inspections and support audits and third-party checks.
